Bedazzle a Book

Bling your own book!  Bring your own book and bedazzle the title or the cover artwork with rhinestones. You can bring a hardcover with a dust jacket, or a paperback.  We recommend choosing a book cover that doesn't have a lot going on, so that a focal point will be easy to choose. Look for a book cover with no excessive detail, and large blocks of color.

Wax pencils, B7000 glue, and rhinestones in a variety of colors and two sizes (2 mm and 3 mm) will be provided. This adult craft was made possible by the Friends of New Providence Memorial Library.  Teens may also register if they would like to attend.

Need a book to bedazzle?  The library has a bookstore, Afterwords, on its lower level that is open every day. Hardcovers cost $2 and trade paperbacks cost $1.

Please choose a book whose title or artwork matches the following rhinestone colors. If you need a different color, you can bring whichever color you need. Rhinestone gems of one color are sold cheaply on Amazon.
