Join us with the National Museum of the Marine Corps for our virtual tour of “Defending the New Republic” gallery, where we explore the genesis of the Marines and their heroism in the American Revolution.

This program will touch on the historic artifacts from 250 years ago and the origin story of the Marines, as we celebrate the continuing courage and honor of the Marine Corps.

Madeline Fanta has been a Distance Learning Specialist at the National Museum of the Marine Corps for four years. She presents engaging virtual tours that bring Marine Corps history to life for students, educators, and audiences across the country. Madeline holds a deep, lifelong passion for history, especially military history, and is dedicated to making the stories of Marines accessible, meaningful, and inspiring for all learners.
