Movie: Materialists

A young, ambitious New York City matchmaker finds herself torn between the perfect match and her imperfect ex in this R-rated relationship drama from 2025.  Dakota Johnson stars as Lucy. The New York Times called it "a seductive, smartly refreshed addition to an impossibly, perhaps irredeemably old-fashioned genre that was once a Hollywood staple."
