Event Details

Sit at the conference table and read through Primary Trust, the Pulitzer-Prize winning play by Eboni Booth, out loud, from start to finish.  The play reading group is moderated by a volunteer with a background in theater. 

In Primary Trust, you'll meet Kenneth, a 38-year-old bookstore worker who spends his evenings at the local tiki bar. When he's suddenly laid off, Kenneth finally begins to face a world he's long avoided - with transformative and even comical results. 

No acting required, just reading! Listeners are welcome too. Copies of the play will be provided by the library.
